Job Description

ResponsibilitiesTest Case Design: Develop comprehensive test cases covering all aspects of Salesforce functionality, including user interface, data integrity, workflows, integrations, and security.Test Execution: Manually execute test cases on various Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to identify defects and issues.Defect Logging: Accurately document discovered defects, including detailed descriptions, screenshots, and steps to reproduce, and submit them to the development team.Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure new features or bug fixes do not introduce new problems in existing functionality.Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Salesforce testing tools to improve test efficiency and coverage.Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements, prioritize testing activities, and communicate testing status.Quality Assurance: Advocate for quality standards throughout the development lifecycle and ensure adherence to best practices.Required SkillsSalesforce Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce core functionalities, features, and configuration options across different Clouds.Testing Methodologies: Expertise in various testing techniques like black-box, white-box, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.Test Automation Tools: Proficiency in using Salesforce testing tools like Selenium, Apex, and other automation frameworks.Defect Management: Experience in managing defects using bug tracking systems like Jira.Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices and working in a fast-paced environment.
