The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, hospitality, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage front- and back-of-house staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment.Scheduling: Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across shifts.Inventory & Procurement: Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, disposables, and kitchen supplies. Forecast inventory needs and place timely orders.Cost & Budget Management: Take ownership of budgets, implement cost control measures, and reduce operational wastage.Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experience by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring prompt service.Compliance & Standards: Enforce compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
