This role involves signing revenue share agreements, managing on-ground lead generation, and ensuring timely handover of high-potential leads to the sales team.Key Responsibilities:Developer & CRM Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers and CRM teams.Position KEUS solutions as a value addition during project handovers.Revenue Share PartnershipsIdentify partnership opportunities and finalize revenue share agreements with developers/CRMs.Track performance and payouts tied to successful customer conversions.Lead Generation & FilteringGenerate leads from gated community projects and engage homeowners at the right time.Qualify leads and ensure only relevant opportunities are passed to the sales team.Team Management & Data OversightAt a Project Level:Maintain an updated project dashboard with:Current project status, construction progress, and photos are uploaded regularly.Contact details of all key personnel managing the project (CRM head, site engineers, etc.).Number, size, and layout types of all homes in the project.Customer handover status across the project.Identify KEUS and Ardeo opportunities in the model home and clubhouse.Invite the developer for a demo and mature the opportunity for:Model house or villaClubhouse and other common areasCollaborate with the KEUS IDA BD team to reach out to the project architect and interior designer of the clubhouse/model home.Convert these opportunities into confirmed sales.At a Home Level:For each home handed over:Track construction/interior completion stage.Maintain stakeholder details: IDA, PMC, Site Supervisor.Meet the homeowner, introduce KEUS, create interest, and invite them for a demo.Update CRM with:Customer contact informationTypical site visit availabilityInterest level in automationIf the lead is lost to a competitor:Collect detailed feedback and record the loss reason in the CRM for review and learning.Customer EngagementDrive footfall to KEUS demo centers through personalized outreach.Coordinate with the sales team for timely demos and solution presentations.Key measures of success:Establish developer/CRM partnerships- 4–6 signed revenue share agreements per quarterQuality lead generation- Minimum 100 new qualified leads/monthTimely and filtered handover of leads- 90% of passed leads meet qualification criteria (home readiness, interest level, budget fit)Project data management- Maintain updated status for 100% of target projects every fortnightTeam performance- Field team logs 95% of project visits and updates database weeklyKey Competencies:Relationship Building & Stakeholder ManagementSales Acumen & NegotiationProject-Level Strategic ThinkingLead Qualification & Funnel ManagementData Management & Process OrientationInitiative & OwnershipCommunication & Presentation SkillsQualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
