DESIGNATIONSales Manager (Nonwoven Textile)JOB SUMMARYThe Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives thus achieving sales targets, developing and expanding the customer base within the assigned geographical region for Burakia Group. The Sales Team will work closely with end-users promoting company's nonwoven products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hygiene textile industry and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and prospect new business opportunities in the nonwoven textile (hygiene textile industry).Achieve sales targets and growth objectives by expanding the customer base.Promote the company’s range of nonwoven textiles and related products to clients, offering tailored solutions.Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and support.Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.Market Research And Competitor AnalysisConduct market research to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitor products.Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and potential market gaps.Promotional Activities Participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and promotional events to enhance product visibility and reach.Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.MISPrepare and present regular sales reports, forecasting, and performance analysis to the management.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM / Office Suite.Product Knowledge & TrainingStay updated on new products, industry regulations, and market conditions.Train and educate customers and sales executives on the proper use and benefits.KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIESEducational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in nonwoven textile is an added advantage.Experience: 8-10 years of sales experience in the nonwoven textile industry having hygiene industry as the key customers and indepth understanding of B2B Sales.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in closing sales deals and handling price negotiations.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of nonwoven products, their applications, and industry standards.Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer issues and find effective solutions.Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team of Sales Executives.Team Player: Collaboration with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to achieve sales goals.Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.Tech Savvy: Knowledge of CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite WORKING CONDITIONSFull-time, based in AhmedabadExtensive travel required within the assigned area.Fieldwork, client visits, and attendance at industry events will be a regular part of the role,
