The ideal candidate will be well-versed in core HR functions with hands-on experience managing workforce operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and enhancing employee welfare. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle dynamic HR challenges in a manufacturing or labor-intensive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure full compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, Industrial Safety & Health norms, andEmployment Exchange regulations.Prepare and file PF and ESI returns in a timely and accurate manner.Manage contractor and contract labor operations including attendance, billing, and issue resolution.Process salary and wages for regular and contractual employees.Identify training needs and organize both internal and external training programs.Manage and coordinate committees such as Fire & Safety, POSH, etc., as per statutory requirements.Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and file management systems.Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disputes professionally and promptly.Liaise with and visit government offices for official HR-related matters when required.Qualifications:Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or a related field.5-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Pleasant personality with a professional and approachable demeanor.Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).In-depth understanding of statutory compliance, labor laws, and HR best practices.Prior experience in a similar HR role, particularly in a manufacturing or labor-intensive setting, is preferred.
