Job Title: Communication Training Manager Location: Hyderabad Department: Learning & Development Shift Timing: 5:30pm – 03:30am (IST) Job Summary: We are seeking a Communication Training Supervisor to lead and manage communication skills training programs across the organization. This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training sessions that enhance employees’ verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. The supervisor will be responsible for a team of communication coaches who will be assigned to various spans within the project to help audit and share feedback and work towards improvement of the project. About the Process: This role centers around supporting customers who use e-signature services. Associates are responsible for assisting with both technical and non-technical issues related to the signature packs subscribed to by customers. The primary mode of support is through email case handling and outbound call-backs. While cases are initially received via email, associates are encouraged to proactively reach out to customers by phone to minimize back-and-forth communication and resolve issues more efficiently. For more complex troubleshooting scenarios, associates may also initiate or schedule a Zoom session to provide real-time, hands-on assistance Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement communication training modules tailored to various learning needs of the individuals Conduct workshops, refreshers, audits and one-on-one coaching sessions. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and share the report daily Collaborate with department heads to align training with process goals. Maintain training records and prepare reports on progress and outcomes along with presenting the same to leadership Stay updated with best practices and trends in communication and training. Managing and reporting training efficacy, training needs analysis, coaching trainers, governing the day-to-day activities of trainers and reporting the same to stakeholders Undergo Training for the project to understand and share gaps observed in training and share a gap analysis to understand and help fix hiring and training process Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Proven experience in training or facilitation, preferably in communication and soft skills. Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills. Ability to design engaging training content and materials. Proficiency in using MS office and google suite and digital tools for training delivery (e.g., LMS, Zoom, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills: Experience in corporate or professional development settings.
