Experience: 2–5 years in Indian B2B staffing sales (IT, Non-IT, Healthcare)About the OpportunityThis is your opportunity to lead Staffingine's expansion across the Indian market, providing staffing services to growing companies in IT, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and healthcare. You'll be the face of our domestic business, backed by a strong recruiter bench. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue staffing opportunities with HR and Talent HeadsPresent proposals, close accounts, and drive recurring hiringCollaborate with recruiters to fulfill JDs within SLAsMaintain activity logs in CRM, including lead status and closuresParticipate in networking events, online and offlineIdeal ProfileStrong B2B selling mindset, ideally from a staffing or RPO backgroundFluent in English & Hindi, with persuasive written + verbal skillsProven ability to meet monthly targets and client retention goalsCapable of operating with autonomy and accountabilitySuccess Benchmarks (Monthly)5 new client meetings3 new JDs onboarded2 closures/monthCompensation: Fixed + 5–8% commission on monthly billing + incentivesPerks: Field flexibility, fast promotion path, high client ownership
