Immediate RequirementLocation: 100% Remote | Type: Full-timeExperience: 1–2 YearsAbout the RoleMagic Factory is looking for a proactive and analytical Market Research & Business Development Associate to support our growth strategy through deep market insights and lead generation. You’ll play a key role in identifying market opportunities, building lead pipelines, and driving outreach through tools like Crunchbase, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for Magic Factory.Conduct in-depth research to analyze industry trends, emerging sectors, and global market opportunities.Generate qualified leads aligned with using Crunchbase, Apollo.io, and similar tools.Create and manage strategic search plans and targeting logic for business development.Monitor competitor activity, investor trends, and industry movements.Collaborate with sales and BD teams to translate insights into actionable outreach strategies.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Magic Factory’s services and align research accordingly.Support hiring efforts by contributing to the growth of the web development talent pool.Requirements1–2 years of experience in market research, lead generation, or business development (B2B/SaaS preferred).MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field (preferred).Proficiency with Crunchbase, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills in a remote setup.Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and ability to work independently.  About Magic FactoryMagic Factory is a startup for startups.
