The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to hiring and employer branding. The role involves strategizing and implementing recruitment processes, collaborating with department heads to forecast hiring needs, and enhancing the company's employer brand.
