Your work will make history and help millions of lives each day come together around the joys of food and inspire their well-being.Position Title: Staff Engineer DevOpsJob Description:CI/CD Pipeline EngineeringDefine and drive the long-term DevOps roadmap, aligning infrastructure and automation strategies with business goals.Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to DevOps and engineering teams, promoting best practices in cloud architecture, CI/CD, and system reliability.Lead design reviews, architecture discussions, and incident postmortems to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.Architect and manage scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure Resource Manager, Azure Monitor, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Networking.Lead the deployment and lifecycle management of containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including Helm, ingress controllers, and autoscaling strategies.Design and optimize enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (GHA), enabling secure, automated, and repeatable deployments across environments.Champion DevSecOps practices by integrating security, compliance, and quality gates into the software delivery lifecycle.Architect and manage Apache Kafka infrastructure for real-time data streaming and asynchronous communication between distributed services.Ensure high availability, scalability, and observability of Kafka-based systems.Define and implement observability strategies using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.Establish and enforce SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs to ensure system reliability and performance.Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and resilience engineering initiatives.Drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, or ARM templates to manage infrastructure at scale.Automate operational workflows and platform provisioning using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Must-Have Skills:7–10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or staff-level capacity.Deep expertise in:Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture Hands on experience with GCP cloud platform.Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container orchestration.Apache Kafka for distributed messaging and event streaming.CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions or similar tools.Monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent.Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Bicep.Proven experience in incident management, system design, and cross-functional collaboration.Good-to-Have Skills:Experience with DevOps and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.Experience with chaos engineering, disaster recovery planning, and cost optimization.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
