In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in the US regionConduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leadsManage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunitiesCollaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategy and messagingMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline data in CRMSet up meetings and product demos for the sales team with key prospectsAchieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and qualified leadsExcellent in Oral/Verbal and written Communication SkillsFamiliar with US local Culture, sports, weather, time zones, etcShould have used Outbound Dialler and effective in talking to customersQualifications:3+ years of SDR or BDR experience, with a strong focus on the US marketProven track record of generating and qualifying leads in a B2B technology sales environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools, Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Send grid, LushaAbility to understand technical concepts and present them clearly to prospectsSelf-starter with a strong sense of ownership and goal orientationPreferred Skills:Experience working in IT services or technology consultingKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise applications.Prior experience working in a remote or global team environment for US marketShould be able to work in US shift timingsShift Scheduling:Time Zone - Target RegionPST 9am–5pm PST (9:30pm–5:30am IST) U.S. West CoastEST 9am–5pm EST (6:30pm–2:30am IST) U.S. East Coast
