Job FunctionWe are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with 5–10 years of experience to join our product team in building world-class, interactive and responsive web applications. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive, consistent, and usercentric interfaces that meet the needs of our users.ResponsibilitiesDesign user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web-based applications Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA to transform product requirements into elegant user experiences Apply responsive design principles to ensure seamless functionality across devices Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and competitive benchmarking Maintain and evolve our design system, component libraries, and design patterns Champion accessibility, interaction design standards, and best practices Collaborate using tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, and track progress via Jira Document user journeys and UX rationale using Confluence Actively contribute to design reviews, usability audits, and iteration cycles Stay up to date with trends in UX, UI, and frontend technologiesQualifications5–10 years of experience designing web applications with a strong UX portfolio Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar toolsSolid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility standards Strong communication and documentation skills (written and visual) Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams using Jira, Confluence, and optionally Trello Ability to collaborate with frontend engineers and provide design specifications Preferred Skills Experience designing for Atlassian apps, plugins, or integrations Familiarity with Atlassian Design Guidelines (ADG) Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better communication with developers Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics) for user behaviour insights
