Job Opening: HR GeneralistLocation: Aruvi Bakery and SweetsEmail to Apply: info@We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or hospitality industry and will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. This role includes overseeing daily HR operations, managing recruitment and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and coordinate HR policies, procedures, and employee programs across the branch or business unit.Manage the recruitment process – job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring, particularly for F&B service and production roles.Conduct smooth and engaging onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.Address and resolve employee relations issues with discretion and fairness.Maintain up-to-date and legally compliant employee records and documentation.Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff performance.Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.Ensure company compliance with labor laws, hygiene regulations, and HR best practices relevant to the F&B sector.Support the performance review and feedback process.Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.Prepare and present HR reports and insights to management.Experience & Skills Required1–2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.Strong understanding of labor laws, employee compliance, and HR practices.Proficiency in HRIS systems, attendance software, and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and organizational ability.Preferred QualificationsPost-Graduation in Human Resources or a relevant HR certification.Background in:Manpower planning and schedulingStaffing for bakery/restaurant operationsLeave, shift, and attendance managementBasic account coordination and documentation systemsWhat We OfferA competitive salary packagePaid time off and national holidaysOpportunities for career advancement and learningA supportive work environment within a growing brand in the F&B industryHow to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates may email their CV to:
