In India, the company is headquartered in Bengaluru and operates in five strategic locations, providing integrated engineering, planning, and project management services.About the RoleThe BIM Manager will responsible for the implementation, management, and adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies for the Project. BIM Manager will be also responsible for complete project BIM delivery including overseeing the creation, maintenance, and coordination of BIM models. Ensure that the models are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect the real-time progress of the project.ResponsibilitiesDevelop/review and maintain BIM standards and protocols.Develop/Review and implement BIM execution plans (BEPs).Conduct model audits, lead the process of clash detection and efficient resolution, and quality control reviews.Develop Revit families and maintain library.Mentor a team of BIM modelers.Provide technical support and training to project teams.Provide support to the team and focus on continuous improvement.Responsible for preparation and maintain BIM budget including software, man hours, BIM infrastructure etc.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or any relevant EngineeringRequired SkillsProficiency in BIM software (ACC, BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)Strong understanding of BIM principlesExperience with clash detection and model coordinationPreferred SkillsMinimum of 15+ years of experience in the engineering and design Consultancy and minimum 7+ years of experience in BIM implementation and management.
