Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and driven BDM to lead institutional sales for Tulsi. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our presence across corporates, PSUs, government bodies, mithai chains, bakeries, hotels and allied segments.Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new institutional clients (corporates, schools, railways, defense, etc.)Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle from lead generation to order closureBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key accountsWork with product and packaging teams for custom/bulk requirementsTrack tender opportunities and participate in institutional bids (GeM, etc.)Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsCoordinate closely with logistics, accounts, and production for smooth fulfillmentProvide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and insightsQualifications:2–5 years experience in institutional/FMCG B2B salesExposure to government and corporate procurement process preferredStrong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-driven with strong client relationship abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsEducation Qualification Undergrad or MBA
