The output of which would be achieved throughmanaging their design productivity, imparting required training and design discussions.● Managing Designing Projects● Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.● Customer Experience and Relationship Management● Ensuring output on design Net Promoter Survey (Customer Rating).● Training Designers on technical details (Wherever required).● (Managing/leading design discussions.EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS● Bachelor's qualification, preferably B.Arch or terior Design.● Masters/Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.● 3+ year’s experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager● Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end to end project management)
