This is a P&L ownership role i.e. the category leader will be responsible for driving revenue and profit for their products.Job Description:Develop and execute GTM strategies for Premium TVs and new product categories.Drive business growth across offline and online channels by crafting tailored GTM strategies to enhance market penetration.Collaborate with the channel GTM team to optimize sales enablers, ensuring seamless execution and expansion of the premium TV portfolio.Manage the P&L for designated product lines.Demand Planning & Channel Development.Continuously track market trends, competitor strategies & consumer insights Eligibility Criteria:8+ years of experience in the consumer durables industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior. MBA from a Tier-1 institution (preferred), with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions.
