Job Summary: Associate Director, Product Manager will lead the development and execution of our data product roadmap. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of data-driven products and platforms, aligning with key business objectives, and partnering with engineering, analytics, data science, and business stakeholders.Job Description: Product Strategy & VisionDefine and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products, including data platforms, analytics features, and data-as-a-service offerings.Translate business needs into data product requirements and prioritize them effectively based on impact and feasibility.Cross-functional LeadershipCollaborate with engineering, data science, analytics, operations, and other product teams to deliver high-impact data solutions.Serve as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure the right balance between usability, scalability, and compliance.Execution & DeliveryLead Agile product development cycles, write detailed product requirements, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.Monitor product performance using KPIs and iterate based on data insights and user feedback.Data Governance & QualityChampion data quality, accessibility, and governance best practices.Work closely with legal, privacy, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and policy adherence.Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Key Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field.7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years focused on data products or platforms.Skilled in Data Governance, Data Compliance, GDPR, Data Security, Data Privacy, Active Directory, PCI, Tokenization, User Management, Data Migration, and Cloud MigrationDeep understanding of data platforms, data engineering, analytics tools, and governance.Strong technical fluency – ability to understand APIs, data pipelines, warehousing, and query languages (e.g., SQL).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Proven track record of launching and scaling successful data products.
