The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high operational and customer service standards.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about managing people, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day branch performance.Key ResponsibilitiesBranch OperationsManage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards in customer service, cleanliness, and product quality.Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock ordering, and reduce wastage.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, train, and supervise branch staff to ensure they perform their duties efficiently and uphold company values.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for staff growth.Prepare staff schedules and ensure appropriate shift coverage.Customer SatisfactionResolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for all customers.Promote excellent service to build a loyal customer base.Sales & Financial PerformanceTrack daily sales and costs through POS and reporting systems.Work towards achieving monthly sales and performance targets.Control branch expenses and manage operational budgets efficiently.Compliance & StandardsEnsure full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company operating procedures.Uphold Aruvi Bakery’s brand standards in both customer service and store presentation.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field.2–4 years of managerial experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, preferably in a bakery, café, or quick-service environment.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Good knowledge of POS systems, basic accounting, and inventory control.Customer-first attitude with a strong work ethic.What We OfferA competitive salary and performance-based incentives.A positive work culture with growth opportunities.A chance to be part of a growing, customer-loved bakery brand.How to ApplyQualified candidates may send their CV to:info@
