OT Technician (Scrub Side with Gynecology Laparoscopic Expertise)Location: Kalindi Colony New friends colony New Delhi Department: Operation TheatreWe are urgently looking to hire one (1) OT Technician with the following qualifications:Required Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an OT Technician (Scrub Side). Proven expertise in Gynecology Laparoscopic procedures.Key Responsibilities: Assist surgeons during laparoscopic and gynecology procedures. Prepare the OT with necessary surgical instruments and ensure sterility. Maintain OT protocol, support in pre-operative and post-operative activities. Handle surgical instruments and manage surgical supplies during procedures. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and sterilized. Coordinate with surgical and nursing teams for efficient OT functioning.Qualification: Diploma in OT Technology or relevant technical qualification. Certification/training in laparoscopic instrumentation is an added advantage.Skills Required: Strong knowledge of OT protocols and sterile techniques. Good understanding of laparoscopic instruments and setups. Team player, punctual, responsible, and capable of handling pressure in OT settings.
