Compensation ConsultantLocation: IndiaAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Consultant to join our Global Talent Intelligence team. In this role, you will help drive compensation strategy by analyzing market trends, managing salary benchmarks, and providing data-driven compensation insights to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch market compensation data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clientsPrepare detailed reports on salary benchmarks, bonus structures, and equity compensation trendsPartner with client teams to provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal transfersDeliver comprehensive compensation analysis and consulting solutions for client organizationsMonitor and report on compensation metrics, ensuring compliance with client policies and local regulationsHelp maintain compensation databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrityDevelop compensation strategies and recommendations to client stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field5+ years of experience in HR, compensation, or related fieldStrong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and data analysisExperience with market compensation data analysis and interpretationUnderstanding of various compensation components including base pay, bonuses, and equityExcellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of US labor laws and compensation practicesExperience working in a global organizationFamiliarity with equity compensation concepts and practicesBasic understanding of statistical analysis and modelingWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with diverse global clients and influence compensation strategiesCompetitive salary and benefits packageProfessional development opportunitiesRemote work environmentHealth insurance coverageAnnual performance bonusProfessional certification supportQualified candidates should possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for data-driven decision making.
