This role combines graphic design skills, with an understanding of marketing strategies to attract and inform potential clients.Key Responsibilities• Develop Visual Content: Create engaging graphics, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to specific client needs and sales objectives.• Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales representatives to understand client requirements and provide visual support for proposals.• Design Presentations: Visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate Marlabs’ overview, differentiators, our solution features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients.• Branding Knowledge: Ability to create and maintain brand consistency across all materials, understanding how to reflect a company's identity through visual elements• Create Marketing Collateral: Design brochures, infographics, and digital assets that align with the company's branding and marketing strategies.• Gather Feedback: Incorporate feedback from sales teams and clients to refine designs and improve effectiveness.• Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across all visual materials to ensure a consistent representation of the company.Required Skills • Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field: A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related discipline is preferred.• 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in presales.• Experience in Presales or Marketing Roles: Previous experience in a presales environment or marketing role within the tech industry is advantageous.• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.• Business Storytelling: The ability to convert sales requirements, delivery processes and solution details into compelling stories for client presentations. • Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with presentation software(PowerPoint, Keynote).
