Summary Pinnacle is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to drive the strategic vision and design of our Salesforce platform, focusing on optimizing recruitment and staffing processes. This person will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend features and enhancements, and define how Salesforce should function to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and integrate with tools like Bullhorn. Working closely with a third-party technical integrator, the Product Owner will leverage deep Salesforce knowledge to propose solutions that align with our broader business ecosystem, without performing hands-on configuration. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify pain points, redundancies, and opportunities for process improvement in recruitment and staffing workflows. Define the strategic vision for how Salesforce (Sales Cloud and related modules) should support business goals, focusing on usability and efficiency. Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities to recommend features, automations, and enhancements that optimize the platform’s functionality. Design high-level process flows, data models, and user interfaces (e.g., dashboards, reports) to ensure Salesforce aligns with staffing industry needs. Specify requirements for integrations with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. Partner with a third-party technical integrator to communicate solution designs and validate their implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user needs, and organizational goals. Stay informed on Salesforce updates and industry trends to propose innovative solutions that keep Pinnacle competitive. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience working with Salesforce, preferably Sales Cloud, in a strategic or functional role (e.g., Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner). Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and integrations. Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry, with familiarity designing processes for candidate tracking, client management, or ATS integrations (e.g., Bullhorn). Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into strategic Salesforce solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and technical teams. Ability to think strategically about how Salesforce fits into the broader business ecosystem, with a focus on vision and recommendations. No hands-on configuration or coding required; experience in these areas is a plus but not essential. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are preferred but not required.
