The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption and high levels of user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.Support users remotely using tools like TeamViewer or Any Desk.Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).Assist with system upgrades, patches, and updates.Set up and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.Work closely with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.Conduct basic user training and create help guides as needed.Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets.Required Skills:Strong understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)Knowledge of file sharing, backup, and disaster recovery processesExperience with Microsoft updates/upgradesFamiliarity with antivirus platforms and endpoint security toolsProficiency in Microsoft Server environmentsExperience with remote desktop support toolsGood communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk rolesCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, or ITIL are a plusTools & Technologies:Ticketing systems: Zendesk, FreshdeskRemote support: TeamViewer, Any DeskOperating systems: Windows, macOS, LinuxNetwork troubleshooting tools: Wireshark, Ping PlotterBackup tools and antivirus platformsWhy Join Relay Human Cloud?Opportunities to work with global clients
