Position OverviewThe Regional Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and sales growth within the assigned region. This role involves collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.Role ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team ManagementDrive marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the northern region, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and market dynamics.Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with sales, brand teams, procurement, and finance to align marketing strategies with business objectives.Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.Strategic Planning and ExecutionDevelop and execute annual operating plans and marketing strategies that drive brand health and business growth.Influence key decision-makers to support marketing initiatives and investments.Performance Monitoring and ReportingDeliver on KPIs such as revenue growth, market share expansion, and optimized ROI on marketing investments.Prepare and present reports on marketing performance and insights to stakeholders.QualificationsEducation level and/or experience MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed B school3 -5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing- preferably FMCG Industry Skills:Strong analytical skills, ability to find insights and propose relevant recommendationsExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation skillsThe ability to prioritize and strong organization skillsThe ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)Change Management – flexible & prepared to adapt to meet changing requirements, committed to continuous improvementProblem Solving & InnovationMobility: Willing to relocate for business requirement across regions
