You’ll own the UX Feedback Loop, designing the signals, prompts, and feedback surfaces that help determine whether a feature meets user expectations. This includes embedding emotional goals and behavioral cues into specifications, integrating feedback prompts into Slack or in-app experiences, and monitoring user sentiment and behavior to guide product evolution. You’ll collaborate with Intent Designers to ensure user goals are clearly framed for agents, and you’ll tag telemetry data to trigger loop responses. Your insights will feed into retrospectives, helping the team continuously refine the emotional and behavioral quality of the product experience.
