Sales Support & Coordination • Assist the sales team with order processing, rate sharing, and client documentation. • Coordinate between sales, onboarding, and operations teams for smooth client activation. • Prepare and maintain client-wise rate sheets, proposal documents, and follow-up trackers.2. Lead Management & Follow-up • Maintain CRM entries for all inquiries, leads, and status updates. • Follow up on warm leads via calls/emails to schedule demos or meetings. • Share timely reminders with sales executives for pending actions.3. Client Communication • Send onboarding emails, welcome kits, and post-signup instructions. • Clarify client queries related to shipping partners, pricing slabs, COD processes, etc. • Serve as the first point of contact for post-sale queries until the handover to operations.4. Data Management & Reporting • Generate daily/weekly reports: lead conversion, sales funnel, onboarding TAT, etc. • Track sales targets, achievement percentages, and performance KPIs of the team. • Update and circulate performance dashboards regularly.5. Documentation & Agreements • Help clients with KYC documentation and courier partner compliance requirements. • Coordinate with internal legal or finance teams for agreements and payments.6. Cross-Team Liaison • Coordinate with: • Operations for pickup and service activation. • Tech Team for integration issues (API/Shopify/WooCommerce). • Customer Support for early-stage service issues.
