The role requires expertise in system & application integration, process automation, & requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable a seamless customer journey.Design, implementation, maintenance of company GTM systems & applications, focusing on scalable integration & workflowsManage administration & maintenance of Salesforce & other GTM applications (e.g. Workato, Marketo, Chargebee, Outreach, etc.) & inter connectivity to company applications (Pendo, Product, etc)Define, implement, enhance system automation & workflows that improve efficiency & customer experienceCreate & maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, procedures (playbooks)
