About the Role:We are looking for a skilled and experienced DeltaV Engineer from the Automation domain with a strong background in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industries to support mid-career professionals preparing for job interviews. This is a unique role focused on coaching, mentoring, and preparing candidates—not a conventional engineering position.You will provide end-to-end interview readiness support, including technical training, resume enhancement, and mock interview simulations tailored to candidates with around 10 years of experience in CQV (Commissioning, Qualification & Validation) and DeltaV automation systems.Key Responsibilities:Conduct mock interviews, technical discussions, and scenario-based evaluations focused on DeltaV and CQV roles.Deliver training sessions on DeltaV systems, validation protocols, and relevant regulatory frameworks.Provide targeted feedback on resumes and LinkedIn profiles for DeltaV professionals.Guide candidates through real-world technical problem-solving and troubleshooting scenarios.Support preparation for client interviews, including behavioral and STAR-based questions.Stay up-to-date with industry standards (GAMP 5, ALCOA++, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity) to provide relevant guidance.Technical Background Required Proven hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS systems.Strong understanding of CQV processes in regulated environments (FDA, EMA).Familiarity with Greenfield Projects and large-scale system deployments.In-depth knowledge of validation documentation (URS, IQ, OQ, PQ).Awareness of electronic validation tools such as KNEAT Gx.Expertise in regulatory guidelines: GAMP 5, ALCOA++, and Data Integrity.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering field.Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in DeltaV engineering and CQV in regulated industries.Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring or teaching.
