This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to work closely with leadership, take ownership of real projects, and make an impact from Day 1.If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves – we’d love to hear from you!What You'll DoWork directly with the COO and leadership team to drive key initiatives across the company.Own and execute projects end-to-end – from planning to tracking progress to final delivery.Collaborate with different teams – product, ops, marketing, tech – to make sure everyone’s aligned.Bring structure to chaos.
