Senior Associate - Admin Vikhroli, Mumbai Role purpose We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Associate Admin to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, security systems, and support services. This role requires someone who is capable of managing multiple functions, including event coordination, first aid management, corporate tie-ups with service vendors, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors Duties & Responsibilities Facility & Housekeeping Management: • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of office premises. • Ensure that all facilities meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. • Manage housekeeping staff and outsourced vendors to ensure a smooth daily operations Security Management: • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures. • Supervise security personnel and systems to maintain a safe working environment. • Coordinate with external security vendors for the installation and maintenance of security equipment. Event Coordination: • Plan, organize, and manage corporate events, meetings, conferences, and training sessions. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the seamless execution of events First Aid & Emergency Management: • Maintain and update first aid supplies and equipment. • Ensure that staff are trained in first aid procedures and emergency protocols. • Coordinate with healthcare providers and emergency services as needed Vendor & Corporate Tie-Ups: • Manage relationships with service vendors for various corporate functions (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, catering). • Negotiate and coordinate contracts for facility services, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions. Health & Safety Compliance: • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations. • Conduct regular safety audits and address any identified issues. Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage the facility management budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track and report expenses related to facility maintenance, events, and vendor contracts.
