We're looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie – Patisserie  to join our kitchen brigade and help us raise the bar. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the patisserie section Prepare and plate a wide range of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods Ensure consistency in presentation, flavour, and portioning Assist in the creation of new seasonal menus and development of signature desserts Supervise and guide junior team members and interns Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen discipline as per HACCP standards Manage inventory and ordering of pastry-specific ingredients Ensure mise en place is complete before service RequirementsFormal culinary education or pastry diploma (preferred but not mandatory if highly skilled) Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end café, patisserie, or fine dining restaurant Strong foundation in French pastry techniques: mousses, tarts, entremets, laminated doughs, meringues, glazes, etc. Knowledge of baking, fermentation, and dessert plating Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressure Team player with leadership skills and a positive attitude Passion for innovation and continuous learning What We OfferOpportunity to be part of a growing brand with creative freedom A modern and well-equipped kitchen setup Exposure to R&D and menu development Supportive work culture that values quality and originality Competitive salary (based on experience and skills)
