Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Fashion Designer | Production located in Bhubaneswar. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Work closely with the Creative Director to conceptualize seasonal collections. Develop design sketches, mood boards, and tech packs. Production & Operations: Supervise daily production activities, manage tailor teams, and ensure QC. Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods. Oversee packaging, courier and logistics Coordinate with vendors and visit weaving clusters Requirements: Minimum2 year of experience  with reputed designer brands (preferably Delhi, Mumbai, or Kolkata). Deep knowledge of Indian textiles and embroidery techniques. Experience with garment construction, pattern-making, and team management. Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus. Willingness to travel to weaving clusters and remote areas. Passion for craft, colour, detail, and slow fashion.
