Responsibilities: ·Manage and process accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. ·Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments. ·Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. ·Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues. ·Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable activities. ·Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and enhance efficiency. ·Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and performance. Requirements: ·Bachelor’s degree ( / BA / BBA) ·Proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential. ·Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
