The Tendering Manager will oversee the entire tender management process including the preparation and submission of tender documents. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines, and managing timelines for tender submission. The role also entails conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and liaising with clients to secure tender contracts. The Tendering Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales and project management initiatives. Qualifications Tender Management and Tender Preparation skills Experience in Procurement and familiarity with procurement guidelines Sales skills and the ability to secure tender contracts Project Management skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred
