Key Responsibilities: Lead the SIS team in designing, developing, and maintaining retail/store information systems and related technology solutions. Develop and execute the SIS strategy aligned with company goals and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with business leaders, IT, and operations teams to identify system requirements and improve operational efficiencies. Manage SIS projects from concept through deployment, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Oversee integration of SIS with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and supply chain platforms. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across SIS applications. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and business outcomes. Lead vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and technology partnerships. Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the SIS team. Prepare reports and present updates to senior management on SIS performance, risks, and opportunities.
