Must have 1-year complete experience in End-to-End Recruitment. Job Description: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to fulfill those needs. Conduct thorough screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders. Manage the offer process, including negotiation and extending offers to successful candidates. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Job Requirements Savvy with recruiting tools e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking system Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process Proactive and able to work independently Knowledge of hiring principles and labor laws/tax implications and other considerations for global hires Highly adaptable, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Must adhere and non-negotiables : Excellent in communication 100% WFO, no hybrid Preferred Qualifications : MBA in Human Resource Documents to Carry: Carry a printout your updated resume.
