Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and hands-onHead of HRto lead end-to-end human resource operations for a growing organization in the electrical/FMEG sector. This is a strategic yet execution-heavy individual contributor role that will work closely with the Managing Director to shape a high-performance, engaged, and compliant workforce.Location : Noida, wholly onsiteKey Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead recruitment for frontline sales roles including ASMs, RSMs, Dealer Managers, and Field Sales staff Leverage strong trade hiring networks; source from target companies. Maintain structured tracking of hiring pipelines using Excel or Google Sheets HR Operations & Compliance Own the entire HR lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, induction, exit formalities, and employee documentation Ensure strict adherence to labour law compliance and audit requirements Manage employee records, contracts, and statutory filings with discipline and accuracy Performance Management & Capability Building Drive performance processes including KRA/OKR implementation, goal setting, and appraisal coordination Work closely with the MD to ensure real-time feedback and talent development loops Track and document progress with a focus on measurable outcomes Culture, Engagement & Trust Building Be a trusted point of contact for employees across levels; build credibility and rapport across field and HO teams Run structured engagement initiatives, trust-building efforts, and welfare programs suited to a mid-sized, field-heavy business Champion the values and work culture of a fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentIdeal Candidate Profile 12+ years of hands on core HR experience and willingness to work in an individual contributor/ lean HR team enviroment Prior exposure to recruitment andsales workforce managementinFMEG/electrical or allied B2C sectors Strong execution orientation – able to manage trackers, documentation, compliance independently Proficiency in tools likeGoogle Sheets,Excel, and working knowledge ofHRMS platforms (e.G., HROne, Zoho) Comfortable working closely with Founders/MDs in agile and high-accountability environments Preferably fromsmall to mid-sized companies or early-stage enterpriseswhere resourcefulness and hands-on work is valued
