Job description-Position: Assistant Manager- HR Business Partner (HRBP)Company- IT CompanyExperience Required: 5 to 7 yearsLocation- ChennaiThe ideal candidate should have a solid track record in HRBP roles, a deep understanding of HR practices, data precision, policy-making skills, and the ability to ensure a positive workplace environment and basic knowledge on legal compliance.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. - Act as a strategic HR partner, offering expert guidance and support to various business units. - Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans. - Manage and resolve employee relations issues, investigations, and conflicts to maintain a positive workplace environment. - Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and ensure a high level of employee morale. - Utilize HR analytics and data precision to provide insights and recommendations for informed HR and business decisions. - Contribute to policymaking and ensure policy compliance throughout the organization. - Coordinate and manage activities related to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) in the workplace.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in HRBP or HR generalist roles, with a demonstrated history of success. - Strong expertise in strategic HR partnering, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, HR analytics, MIS, policy-making, and POSH coordination. - Proficiency in using data and analytics for decision-making. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and effectively influence stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Experience in policy development and implementation. - Demonstrated competence in coordinating POSH-related activitiesDesired Profile:- Specialization in HRD - Hands on Experience in MS office -Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Influencing and planning skills - Data Analytics – Ability to comprehend data and provide meaningful business insights - Expertise and familiarity with business tools like MS Excel, Qlik, Power BI
