The ideal candidate will design and manage support structures that guide students through their learning journeys. You will lead a team of counsellors and collaborate cross-functionally with product, academic, and marketing teams to ensure students stay motivated, engaged, and successful. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage a team of academic and career counsellors. Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement counselling frameworks and student success strategies aligned with company goals. Student Engagement:Oversee systems to identify and support students needing academic, career, or emotional guidance. Process Optimization:Standardize counselling processes to ensure consistent, high-quality student experiences. Collaboration:Work closely with product, content, and support teams to ensure feedback loops and continuous improvement of services. Reporting & Analytics:Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., student retention, satisfaction, and outcomes) and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. Crisis Management:Design protocols for handling urgent or sensitive student issues. Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the point of contact for escalated counselling queries and student concerns.Qualifications 5+ years of experience in counselling or student success roles, with at least 2 years in a team management.
