From iconic landmarks to critical infrastructure, we drive innovation, sustainability and value, delivering transformative projects that shape communities and redefine the built environment.Position- Project DirectorLocation- Surat, GujaratResponsibilities:Advising strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectivesLeading the entire Project for the overall success criteria, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.Planning for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issuesEstablishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project. Project planning, including the development and delivery of a detailed project plan. Advising upon the procurement of resourcesLeading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project teamMonitoring and applying performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performanceManaging the change control processMonitoring and advising upon project financesManaging the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communicationsEnsuring the production of formal project progress and other reportsTaking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.Identifying and acting upon cross-selling opportunitiesClient relationship management is a core responsibility, including effective communication and service delivery.Leading client meetings with Assistant Directors and teamOverseeing project case study, photograph and project files are kept up to dateRecognizing and addressing opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of project management deliverables and services.Qualifications & Skills Required:B.E / B. Tech Civil or equivalent and at least 15-20 years’ of experience.RICS and MRICS or equivalent is preferred.Preferably, candidates should have experience in working on large-scale Mall or Mixed-use complex projects.Strong English oral & written communication skills are a must.
