As a Tech Team as a Service provider, we offer a cross-functional team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in mobile app development, web software, cybersecurity, and tech architecture planning.Job Responsibilities:Client Acquisition from various channels including Indian markets, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, and other B2B platformsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups, updates, and communicationDevelop and manage a qualified lead pipeline to meet monthly/quarterly sales targetsDraft proposals, RFPs, bids, pitch decks, and SOW (Scope of Work) documentsWork on government tenders and documentation as applicableAssist in preparing case studies of completed projects to support sales conversationsCollaborate with the technical team for effort estimation and project scopingLiaise with the management for smooth client onboarding and engagementCoordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and quality deliveryTrack lead conversions, update CRM systems, and generate regular sales reportsJob Requirements:Proven experience in client acquisition from platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, and direct market outreachStrong experience with proposal writing, creating pitch decks, and drafting scope of work and project estimatesDemonstrated ability to build and manage sales pipelines and convert leads into active clientsUnderstanding of the tech services industry (web/mobile development, cloud, enterprise tech, etc.)Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsComfortable working cross-functionally with leadership and delivery teamsPreferred Skills:Knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, or similar platformsFamiliarity with agile methodologies and project management basicsExperience with government/PSU tendering processesStrong communication and client management skills are requiredExperience with creating presentations, RFP responses and SOW documentsPreferred Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fieldMBA in Marketing, Business Development, or a related fieldPerks:Competitive fixed salary with performance-based variable incentivesExposure to both domestic and international marketsOpportunity to work closely with leadership in a fast-growing tech environmentA collaborative, learning-driven work cultureMedical Insurance and personal accident insurance.Important Note: This is a hybrid role, The candidate will primarily work from home but may also be required to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, or business development opportunities.All travel-related expenses incurred for official business purposes will be reimbursed by the company in accordance with our travel and expense policy.Candidates must have 3–4 years of relevant experience.
