Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter (Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition team within a fast-paced business consulting environment. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach to hiring, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality talent across diverse roles. This is a key role that will directly support business growth by driving recruitment efforts across consulting, corporate, and functional teams.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, talent needs, and organizational goals. - Drive the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. - Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks. - Engage and build relationships with candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the process. - Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and timelines. - Provide market intelligence and talent insights to hiring teams and influence decision-making. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare weekly hiring reports and dashboards. - Partner with HR and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within consulting, professional services, or fast-paced corporate environments. - Strong sourcing skills and deep familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other relevant channels. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently. - Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
