Ltd., we are developing an advanced breathalyzer device tailored for mine workers to monitor lung health and detect early signs of respiratory conditions caused by prolonged exposure to dust and harmful gases. This project builds on our core expertise in non-invasive diagnostics (like our diabetes device Kaere) and aims to contribute significantly to occupational health and safety in mining environments.Role & Responsibilities: As an Electronics Engineering Intern, you will work closely with our core team and researchers at IIT Dhanbad. Your responsibilities will include:Designing and developing embedded systems for breath analysis. Interfacing gas sensors (e.g., VOC, CO₂, particulate matter) with microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, etc.). Implementing signal conditioning circuits for sensor outputs. Contributing to PCB design, prototyping, and testing of the device. Assisting in data acquisition and calibration of sensor data for health diagnostics. Collaborating with software and ML teams for real-time integration.Desired Skills:Experience with microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, STM32, etc.) Familiarity with circuit design tools (e.g., KiCad, Eagle, Altium) Knowledge of analog/digital sensor interfacing Basic understanding of signal processing and filtering techniques Bonus: Exposure to IoT-based hardware or health tech devicesPerks:Certificate from Diagnovate Pvt.
