The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. Daily responsibilities include drafting job descriptions, posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The Recruiter will also manage candidate relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess candidates' skills and fit for the company culture Experience with recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
