Fintech Industry/TelecomJob Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring merchants and retailers across various segments. - Responsible for sourcing, generating, and closing new acquisition and activation leads. - Lead and manage a large team of direct sales professionals (minimum 100+ team members). - Coach and mentor the team in merchant acquisition and relationship management. - Plan and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility. - Travel across designated cities to develop and expand the market. - Drive team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Key Competencies:- Proven experience in relevant sales domains with a strong track record. - Deep understanding of sales principles and the ability to coach team members effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Excellent multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. - Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.Work Schedule: 6 days a week
