The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the overall recruitment process. Additional tasks include maintaining candidate databases, creating and posting job advertisements, and providing an excellent candidate experience from application to onboarding.Qualifications Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Sourcing skills Strong skills in Interviewing, Candidate Assessment, and Job Description Writing Ability to manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment CRMs Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Email Management Willing to work as per Company Plan and Vision Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
