This is a full-time, opportunity that promises not just a job but a path topersonal and professional growth.Responsibilities and Duties:● Call and counsel students on their education queries.● Share information about colleges, exams, and application processes.● Make follow-up calls and ensure regular engagement with leads.● Maintain accurate records in the CRM.● Understand student interests and recommend suitable courses or colleges.● Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.Our Wish Your Skills!!● Good communication skills in English and Hindi.● Confident, convincing, and motivated to meet targets.● Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.● Prior experience in sales/telecalling/education counselling preferred.● Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.Requirements (Must)● Must have a working phone and laptop● Should be able to make 150+ calls dailyJob Details:● Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM● Salary: Rs.10,000/month + Uncapped Incentives (Rs.10,000-Rs.12,000 per month. Depending on basis oftarget achieved.)● Location: Remote
