Position Title: Principal Product Designer Job Description:Roles & responsibilities:Define and lead the UX strategy for search, browse, product pages, and catalog navigation. Design AI-powered search and discovery experiences, focusing on usability, relevance, and engagement. Partner with data science teams to optimize search ranking, filters, recommendations, and taxonomy structures. Conduct and oversee large-scale usability testing, customer research, and UX experiments. Advocate for human-centered design while balancing business and technical constraints. Guide and mentor senior and mid-level designers, establishing best practices and design standards. Influence executive stakeholders and contribute to company-wide design leadership. Experience Required:12+ years of UX / UI design experience, with deep expertise in e-commerce search, navigation, and personalization. Proficiency in Figma. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience design and UX strategy. Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Expertise in design systems, interaction design, and behavioral analytics.Skills Required:UI/UX Design, Figma
