Primary Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and manage bookkeeping. Prepare, issue, and track invoices, ensuring timely payments. Handle tax filings (GST and other applicable taxes) and compliance. Manage business expenses, payments, and employee reimbursements. Perform bank and account reconciliations for accuracy. Assist in preparing financial reports for management. Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation. Manage PF, NPS, and insurance-related matters.Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: CA/CMA qualified / unqualifiedwith experience of 1–2 years in accounting, bookkeeping, tax filing, and invoicing. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software like Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP applications. Regulatory Awareness: Comprehension of tax legislation and financial regulations. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to comprehend financial data, detect anomalies, and offer remedies. Attention to Detail: The ability to report financials and comply with an extremely high standard of accuracy.
